STRIPES Cohort 5 Kicks Off With Transformational Leadership Launch
STRIPES’ Cohort 5 commenced their transformative 10-month journey earlier this month with the Transformational Leadership Launch in Philadelphia! Led by Angie Mattingly, who has over 20 years of professional experience as a senior executive for an international personal and professional growth, training and development company, STRIPES’ participants examined their ways of thinking, gained new perspectives, and created extraordinary possibilities to propel them towards an even greater future in leadership. On the final day of the Transformational Leadership Launch, participants began crafting their individual Capstone Projects, tailored to their specific role and company.
“Our Cohort 5 participants showed up, ready to work and willing to examine their mindsets, blindspots, patterns, perceptions, integrity, along with their commitment to extraordinary outcomes as they embark on their 10 month STRIPES journey,” said Lisa Rafter, STRIPES Founder & CEO.
One month into the Program, Cohort 5 is already well into the work of becoming a STRIPES leader. Their calendars are filled with Master Talks, Master Workshops, Transformational Group Coaching, and Independent Working Cohort Group Sessions, providing ample opportunities to learn from the experts, and each other on the path to exceptional leadership. Several participants are also involved in the Mentor Program, where they will meet one-on-one with a mentor as part of their growth and development.
