New Content & Cohort 3 Participant Testimonials

STRIPES’ third cohort of leaders reached the halfway mark of their 10-month leadership development journey on February 13. This cohort consists of 22 participants across 9 companies, 7 of which have enrolled participants in previous cohorts.

As part of their Program, STRIPES leaders have attended various Master Talks, Workshops, and Breakthrough Reflection Sessions with recognized industry leaders and leadership experts following their 3-Day Breakthrough Intensive in Philadelphia in September.

New Content
For its September 2023 cohort, STRIPES introduced three new Master Talks delivered by Nancy Robles, President at Eastern Funding, Daryn Lecy, Chief Operating Officer at Oakmont Capital Service, and Tom Lyle, as well as a self-care Workshop delivered by Dr. Francesca Nuzzolese, Trauma Care Consultant, Psychotherapist, and Scholar-Writer.

Nancy Robles delivered her Master Talk, “The Human Experience in Leadership: Topics Every Leader Will Confront,” in September.

Tom Lyle delivered his Master Talk, “Matching Leadership Style to Situation: How to Effectively Manage Through Periods of Change,” in December.

Daryn Lecy delivered his Master Talk, “Listening to Lead How Using More Than Your Ears Creates a Great Culture, Drives Efficiencies, and Produces Extraordinary Results,” in February.

Francesca Nuzzolese delivered her Master Workshop, “Self-Care for Sustainable & Wholesome Leadership,” in January.
